Shipping policy

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


🇫🇷 Shipping Within France

Shipments are handled via:

• Mondial Relay

The shipping method depends on the weight and format of the order.

✔️ Tracking number provided
✔️ Reinforced packaging suitable for vinyl records and CDs

🌍 International Shipping

• For parcels up to 2 kg: standard postal service via La Poste (tracking available depending on destination).

• For parcels over 2 kg: shipping via UPS with tracking and secure delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

⚠️ Any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

📦 Packaging

• Vinyl records are shipped outside of their sleeves (to prevent seam splits)

• Professional rigid cardboard mailers

• Reinforced corner protection

• CDs protected with bubble wrap

• Sealed items remain sealed unless otherwise requested

❗ Delivery Issues

In case of lost or damaged parcels:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Photos are required for any damage claim

We always aim to provide a fair and prompt solution.

🔁 Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be returned in their original condition

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours
