Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website hcrshop.fr, operated by the company HIP HOP CLASSIC RECORDS. By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products
The products offered are those presented on the website hcrshop.fr. Each product is accompanied by a description. Product photos are not contractual.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. HIP HOP CLASSIC RECORDS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The customer will receive an order confirmation email once the order is validated.

5. Payment
Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Payment is made using the secure methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Delivery times are given for information only.
In the event of non-receipt of an order, an investigation with the carrier will only be initiated after a minimum of 21 days from the date the package was shipped. This period is necessary to comply with the procedures of the transport service.
Following the investigation and only after confirmation of loss by the carrier, the customer may choose between:

  • A full refund of the order, or

  • A reshipment of the original item, subject to stock availability.   

No refund or reshipment will be processed while the investigation is ongoing or if the carrier confirms delivery with proof.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay penalties. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

8. Disbursement Fees (Packaging and Shipping)
As part of the order, the customer expressly authorizes HIP HOP CLASSIC RECORDS to incur, in their name and on their behalf, the fees related to the packaging and shipping of the ordered products. These fees, including packaging, shipping, and any other charges related to delivery, will be invoiced separately in the customer’s name by the service provider responsible for carrying out these services. By confirming their order, the customer agrees to bear these disbursement fees and acknowledges that these fees will be invoiced in the customer's name by the service provider.

9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the place where HIP HOP CLASSIC RECORDS is domiciled.
