Conversation is the first and only studio album by the California twin rap duo Twinz, released in 1995. Hailing from Long Beach, the Twinz are part of the 90s West Coast rap tradition, blending street narratives, funky grooves, and a strong local identity.

Composed of Dewayne “Big Twinz” Staten Jr. and Dwayne “Trip Locc” Staten Jr., the duo gained recognition thanks to their close collaboration with Warren G, who served as the main producer of the album. Warren G played a pivotal role in shaping the smooth, melodic sound that defines Conversation, bringing his distinctive G-Funk touch and ensuring the musical coherence of the project.

The album relies heavily on classic G-Funk production elements: deep basslines, melodic synthesizers, and funk samples that create a laid-back yet rhythmic atmosphere. The lyrics reflect daily life in the neighborhoods of Long Beach, mixing street stories, party vibes, and moments of introspection.
